Frequently asked questions
- How far in advance should I book?
- As early as you can. Weddings and elopements typically book 6–12 months out, but we do take last-minute inquiries when dates are open. Send us a note and we'll let you know what's available.
- Do you travel outside of Kalispell?
- Yes. We serve the entire Flathead Valley and regularly shoot at Glacier National Park, Whitefish, and Columbia Falls. Travel beyond our local area may carry a travel fee. See our Investment page for details.
- How long until I receive my gallery?
- Film sessions typically take 4–8 weeks from your session date. Film has to be shipped to the lab, developed, and scanned before we do our edit pass. We'll keep you updated along the way.
- How many photos will I receive?
- It depends on the session length and what the day brings. Because we shoot on film, every frame is intentional, so expect fewer images than a digital session, but each one carefully considered.
- What happens after I submit this form?
- We'll get back to you within 48 hours. If your date works, we'll set up a short call to get to know each other, answer any questions, and walk through next steps.
- Is a deposit required to hold my date?
- Yes. A retainer is required to officially hold your date on our calendar. We'll walk you through the details once we've connected.
- Do you also shoot digital?
- Jules also shoots digital. If you'd like a hybrid approach combining film for the timeless look with digital for added coverage, we can talk through what makes sense for your day.
