Souvenir Film Co. ("we," "us") is a film photography studio based in Kalispell, Montana. This policy explains what information is collected when you visit this website and how it is used.

We do not run analytics, place advertising trackers, or sell personal data. The information we receive exists only to operate the site and respond to your inquiries.

Information we collect

Contact form

When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, session type, approximate date, and message. This information is transmitted to us via Resend, a transactional email service. Resend processes your submission to deliver it to our inbox. We do not store form submissions in our own database — once the email is delivered, the data lives in our email inbox only.

Session cookies

If you have been given access to a private gallery or the admin area, logging in sets a session cookie in your browser. This cookie is used only to keep you authenticated during your visit. It contains a session identifier and no personal information, and is cleared when you log out or your session expires.

Google Fonts

This site loads fonts (Kalnia and Imbue) from Google Fonts. When your browser requests these font files, Google receives your IP address and may log standard request data. Google's handling of that data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

Cloudflare

This site is hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure (Cloudflare Workers and R2 object storage). Cloudflare may log standard HTTP request data — such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited — as part of normal infrastructure operation. Cloudflare's handling of that data is governed by Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

How we use your information

Information you submit through the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not add you to a mailing list, share your information with third parties for marketing purposes, or retain it longer than necessary to handle your inquiry.

Your rights

You may request a copy of any personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us at [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children's privacy

This website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
