These terms govern your use of the Souvenir Film Co. website at souvenir-film.com ("the site"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. Separate photography service contracts govern individual booking engagements and take precedence over these terms for anything service-specific.

Use of the site

You may browse the site for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Copy, redistribute, or publish any photograph displayed on this site without written permission.
• Use automated tools to scrape or mirror site content.
• Attempt to access areas of the site for which you are not authorized.
• Submit false or misleading information through the contact form.

Intellectual property

All photographs displayed on this site are the property of Souvenir Film Co. and are protected by copyright. Clients who have booked a session receive a personal use license as defined in their individual service contract — this does not transfer copyright or allow commercial use without written permission.

The Souvenir Film Co. name, logo, and site content are our intellectual property. Nothing on this site grants you a license to use them.

Photography services

Booking a photography session requires a signed service contract and retainer. The terms of that contract — including payment schedules, cancellation policies, and deliverables — govern the service engagement.

Film photography is a physical medium. While we take every precaution, we cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control, including film loss or processing errors at the lab. In the unlikely event of such an issue, our liability is limited to a comparable reshoot at no additional charge.

Image use and portfolio rights

We reserve the right to use photographs from completed sessions in our portfolio, on social media, and in marketing materials. If you prefer your images not be shared publicly, let us know in writing before your session and we will honor that request.

Disclaimer

This site is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or availability of site content. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the site shall be resolved in the courts of Flathead County, Montana.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
